About Cause
Many innocent children are abandoned in unsafe places—under bus seats, in garbage bins, in the middle of bushes, or by the roadside—within hours of their birth. VAdopt is VTVO’s initiative to help such children find a safe home. We do this by educating people on the child adoption process, guiding them on how to rescue and hand over an abandoned child to the Child Welfare Commission, and supporting families on how to legally adopt a child.
